GM Card Launches 2006 Inside Track Sweepstakes
2005 ‘Cheer Earn Drive’ Sweepstakes Winners Announced
DETROIT — The GM Card and Richard Childress Racing are proud to announce the Grand Prize Winner of the 2005, Cheer Earn Drive Sweepstakes. Mitch MacGregor will be GM Card’s guest for a 3-day/2-night trip for two to the first NASCAR Nextel Cup Race of the 2006 race season in Daytona Beach, Fla. MacGregor will also experience a lap around Daytona International Speedway with a Richard Childress Racing Team member, and receive $10,000. The Cheer Earn Drive Sweepstakes is sponsored by General Motor's Corporation.
Thousands of race fans participated in the Cheer Earn Drive Sweepstakes which offered fans the chance to get an up close experience with the RCR Team. “The interest and participation in the ‘Cheer Earn Drive’ Sweepstakes from race fans was outstanding, and we’re looking forward to more exciting promotions with Richard Childress Racing,” said Mark Hines, GM Cardmember Services marketing director.
For 2006, GM Card and Richard Childress Racing have teamed up to create the Inside Track Sweepstakes which is also sponsored by General Motor's Corporation. Fans can register for a chance to win the Grand Prize – the opportunity to be Kevin Harvick’s Honorary Crew Chief for a day. Fans will also have the chance to win a Daily Play Instant Prize – a 1:24 scale die-cast #29 GM Goodwrench car autographed by Kevin Harvick.
Consumers may enter the sweepstakes at www.29insidetrack.com, beginning February 1st and running through September 30th, 2006.
