Consisting of aluminum tubes, air centers and tanks, ACDelco Heater Cores are brazed together in a one–step operation to produce one of the most durable, lightweight, high–performance heater cores available. Their proven heat-transfer performance, and lightweight and compact design are the results of years of experience. Our one–step brazing process, along with the use of long–life alloys, can strengthen the brazed joints for high corrosion and erosion resistance, durability and dependability. Plus, their all–aluminum design makes ACDelco Heater Cores highly recyclable. In addition to aluminum heater cores, ACDelco also offers quality brass/copper heater cores to fit most vehicles' specific applications.
