ACDelco 2009 Spring Consumer Rebate Promotion
Official 2009 Spring Consumer Mail-In Rebate Rules
To be eligible, the consumer must purchase ACDelco Automotive Replacement Parts and have the parts installed at an Independent Service Center between May 1, 2009 and May 31, 2009 ("the promotion period"). To receive a rebate in the amount of 10% of the pre-tax price the consumer must submit the following items to receive their rebate check: The original dated repair order with business identification verifying the purchase of the qualifying products and their ACDelco part numbers from a participating Independent Service Center during the promotion period.
Offer not valid at a new vehicle dealer or on products being replaced under warranty.
There are two ways to register for the ACDelco 2009 Spring Consumer Rebate Promotion, either on-line or via manual redemption. Instructions for each are below or visit www.acdelco.com. Parts number(s), found on your repair order receipt, must be included on the rebate form or the rebate will not be valid. If the parts number(s) is not included on your repair order receipt please contact your repair shop to obtain that information.
ACDelco is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected mail, and all proofs of purchase become the property of ACDelco and will not be returned. The consumer should retain copies of documentation and proof of postmark for their files.
Offer good only in the U.S.A. The offer is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. Limit one 10% rebate per person.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing from receipt of rebate form, and all required proofs of purchase. The 2009 Spring Consumer Mail-in Rebate Check is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Failure to comply with the official 2009 Spring Consumer Mail-in Rebate rules will make your submission invalid, or could delay, or prevent the mailing of a rebate check.
On-Line Rebate Claim Process
- Before you begin claim process have your Repair Order/Purchase Invoice available as it will contain required information to submit your claim.
- To submit your claim logon to ACDelcorebatecentral.com. Select Rebate Type (Consumer or Trade). Complete your Profile. Submit your rebate. Print confirmation with Rebate ID(It will be necessary to print your confirmation to submit with your Repair Order/Purchase Invoice).
- Make a clean legible copy of your Repair Order/Purchase Invoice. Include a printed copy of your Confirmation Page with the Repair Order/Purchase Invoice that supports the Rebate submission and mail to: ACDelco Rebate Central, PO Box 4900, Fenton, Missouri 63099. - Deadline for On-Line Claim Process and mail-in receipt postmark is June 30, 2009.
- To check on the status of your claim(s), simply go back to ACDelcorebatecentral.com and click on the "Rebate Status" button and enter your rebate ID to view your consumer rebate status.
Manual Rebate Claim Process
This ACDelco 2009 Spring Consumer Rebate Promotion Official Mail-In Rebate redemption form must be completed and filled out legibly. The consumer must mail the completed mail-in rebate manual submission form and the original repair order to the address indicated. Request must be postmarked by June 30, 2009.
