V-Belt and V-Ribbed Belt:

ACDelco polymer compounds are heat-and oil-resistant and are less likely to flex and lend themselves to greater dynamic engineering. ACDelco belts are manufactured with a milled-sleeve method that provides both longer life and greater performance. This process is achieved by using a reinforced compound in the cushion of the belt to improve tensile support, thus creating greater flexing and power transfer capacity.

The ACDelco Drive Belts are available in both cogged and laminated construction. Cogged belts provide higher flexibility with greater cooling properties.

Timing Belts:

These belts are designed specifically for automotive timing drives. Again ACDelco heat- and oil-resistant polymers contribute to the long life of the belts. Tooth compounds are specifically formulated to prevent tooth deformation under load. Special molding with synthetic rubber assures that the load is evenly distributed among the belt teeth engaged with the timing gears.

ACDelco Belts use dimensionally stable cords for strength and precision that resist shrinking and stretching.
