We stand behind the parts we sell, and we proudly provide coverage beyond our parts. Most ACDelco GM OE and Gold (Professional) lines are covered under a 24 month/unlimited-mile limited warranty, and our Silver (Advantage) line warranties are 12 months/unlimited miles.

ACDELCO SERVICE CENTER COVERAGE


LABOR

The ACDelco Consumer Assurance program provides 24-month/24,000-mile (whichever comes first) limited labor coverage on select GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco products installed by an ACDelco Service Center.

  • If the failure occurs within 25 miles of the original repair facility, please return to the original facility for possible GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts warranty coverage. The installing ACDelco Service Center will conduct the warranty repair and you will be on your way.
  • Have questions about which parts are covered? Call 800.ACDelco (800.223.3526), prompt 3.
  • Present your original receipt to the repair facility for authorization. Coverage applies to light-duty vehicles only.
  • After the repair facility receives authorization, the repairs will be made and you will be on your way.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE LIMITED COVERAGE

This coverage is provided to you courtesy of the ACDelco Service Center that performed the service to your vehicle identified on your invoice. Coverage begins on the date identified on your original invoice and continues for a period of 12 months.

Covered services include:

  • Towing
  • Lockout service
  • Flat-tire assistance
  • Fuel, oil, fluid, and coolant delivery service—you must pay for the costs of the actual fluids delivered
  • Jump-start

  • Specific exclusions are: any battery, engine, transmission, clutch, or differential repairs, associated gaskets and seals, assembly replacement or wear parts such as wipers. Also excluded are auto body, paint, molding, glass repairs, tires and USED PARTS.

  • Must present original repair receipt. Installation is not included if your vehicle is within 25 miles of the original repair facility at the time of requested service. Any rental charges incurred for any down vehicle are not covered by the ACDelco Consumer Assurance program. Referral to another participating ACDelco Service Center participant will be provided if customer is unable to return to original repair location.

  • This benefit is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Coverage is strictly limited to the specific vehicle identified on the original invoice. Roadside service is available in the United States and Canada.

  • Retail customers with a U.S. mailing address only. Limit one rebate per VIN. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of Visa® Prepaid Card. See acdelco.com or gmpartsrebates.com for details and rebate form, which must be postmarked by 3/31/20. Offer ends 2/29/20.

  • Available only to Independent Service Centers, Body Shops, or Commercial Fleets with a U.S. mailing address. Limit 15 rebates per part per business. Not available with some other offers. Government and municipal fleets are excluded. Allow 6 to 8 weeks from promotion end date for delivery of Visa® Prepaid Card. Visa Prepaid Card will be issued in the business name.
